Vasileios-Christos Oikonomou, M.Sc, MBA is the Founder & Managing Director of NOMAS Property Management, operating mainly in Greece.

He has many years of experience in business management and development, having led the strategic scaling of a portfolio of over 100 properties, with an emphasis on operational efficiency and the use of technology.

Prior to his involvement in the hospitality industry, he worked in corporate environments in the FinTech and FMCG sectors, in sales and key account management roles, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making, negotiation, and market development.

He has an academic background in Business Administration, Energy Strategy, and Environmental Science, combining business thinking, technology, and sustainability in the field of short-term rentals.
