I have almost 30 years experience in the short-term rental management and technology sector. My background spans international sales, manufacturing, fund raising, software development, IPO and senior management roles.

I have been a private portfolio owner, co-founded and exited two rental management businesses in the UK and EU (collectively scaling to over 800 contracted properties), a founder of Rentivo, a rental technology platform acquired by Situ Living in 2023. I have also represented Stay Alfred in an acquisition role in Europe and Properly, and operational software platform.

Through Yes Consulting I currently advise high-quality management companies across the UK and EU on growth, strategy, and M&A. I serve as a board advisor to two AI-focused rental tech businesses. I have lived and worked across the UK, mainland Europe, and the Middle East, trading in over 40 countries.

I regularly speaks at industry events and aim to contribute to the broader conversation on innovation, consolidation, and the evolving power dynamics in short term rental accommodation.
