Manos lives and works in Chalandri. He was born in 1976.
His father is Angelos Kranidis, Medical Professor of Urology, Vice Rector of the University of Crete. His mother is Poppi Borboudaki-Kranidis, Medical Doctor-Associate Professor of Microbiology, both prominent Chalandrians with social contribution. He graduated from the 2nd Lyceum of Halandri.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, with Highest Distinction. For his postgraduate studies he was awarded a scholarship from the Onassis Foundation, and worked as an assistant professor at Carnegie Mellon University.
Civil engineer. Owner and CEO of KRAMA PROPERTY, a technical engineering and real estate management services company based in Halandri, specialising in technical project management, construction, permits, studies, supervision, urban planning issues, arbitrary regulation and real estate development.
Candidate for Mayor of Halandri, leader of the municipal party CHALANDRI ORIZONTAS 2023, Municipal Councillor of Halandri from 2019 to date. Member of the Board of SPAP (Association of Municipalities for the Protection of the Regeneration of the Pendulum) since 2019.
He has also served as a Municipal Councillor of Halandri in 2011-2014, with duties as Deputy Mayor of Environment in 2013-2014. Active member in various organizations such as the “Panhellenic Federation of Property Owners (POMIDA)” Secretary of Information and member of the Board of Directors and as President of the Union of Property Owners of Northern Suburbs of Athens (ENIVOPA), as a member of the Regional Association of Municipalities of Attica (PEDA), and as a member of the “Association of Scholars of the A. Onassis Foundation”, in the “Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)”, in the “Athens Professional Chamber”, EVEA, in the Project Management Institute (PMI), EVEA and in the “Hellenic Institute of Valuation (ELIE)”.
He has been writing regularly for over 15 years. Indicative articles have been published in the newspapers Real News and Deal News, in dozens of portals such as real.gr, enikonomia.gr, newsbeast.gr, powergame.gr, fimotro.gr, onevoice.gr, amarysia. gr, as well as in the magazines Economist Intelligence Life and Economic Tachydromos, in the magazines “Nea Politiki”, POMIDA and DELIOTIOS BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, in the newspaper ELEFTHEROS TYPOS, UNE VOICE and in local newspapers such as “AMARYSIA”. In the period 2010-2012 he collaborated with SBC TV channel as a presenter-analyst in the show “HIZZONTAS VALUES”, while today he regularly appears as an analyst in various media shows such as every Sunday show G.Papagiannis Realfm 97.8, NET24 show V.Talamanga in RISE TV, show Channel 1 90.4fm.

He is an amateur sportsman, particularly karate and tennis.
