Mr. Piliounis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.Com) and a Master of Science in Finance (MSc. Finance) from Concordia University.

He started his career in banking as an FX dealer in a multinational bank and as an economic analyst with Canadian National in Canada.

In 1995, he returned to Greece, where he set up the Personal Banking Department at CHIOSBANK, and then held the position of Vice President of Investment Products at CITIBANK until 1999.

In 1999, he founded TeleDome, which became a leading telecommunications provider with 150,000 subscribers. In 2006 he was awarded with the KUROS prize for innovation.

In 2016 he founded the crowdfunding platform JumpStart Greece and in 2019 RADEFY, which today serves 2,500 accommodation facilities, automating guest access and reducing energy consumption by 20%.

The company recently launched GEA, the most innovative guest experience platform that improves the guest experience and increases host profitability.
