Mr. Eleftherios Potamianos is the President of the Panhellenic Federation of Civil Contract Broker Associations, President of the Association of Realtors of Athens-Attica, and Vice President of the Greek-Serbian Chamber of Northern Greece. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Chamber of Greek-Chinese Economic Council.

He is the founder and owner of three real estate companies and a certified property appraiser by the Technical Chamber of Greece. Mr. Potamianos holds a degree in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus, bringing over 25 years of experience and extensive market knowledge to the sector.

Furthermore, he is the author of the book “Real Estate – Valuation, Assessment and Property Management Methods” and a scientific associate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. His articles are frequently published in the press, and he is a regular contributor to news programs, providing expert insights and advice on the Greek real estate market.
