Theoharis has been working in the short term rental industry since 2010.

He is the founder and CEO of VillaRentals.gr, a short term rental management agency. He has a portfolio of over 190 distinctive properties in carefully selected destinations throughout Greece.

He is a certified Vacation Rental Manager by VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) and a founding member and secretary of Stama Greece.

A graduate of Imperial College London, in a previous life he was a technology and strategy consultant with PA Consulting Group in London. When not entertaining, he enjoys travelling the world.

Having attended many STR conferences in Europe and the USA, I am delighted that Greece now has the official conference of the Association of Short Term Leasing Companies.
