Stratos I. Paradias is an Attorney at the Supreme Court of Athens, President of the International Union of Property Owners (UIPI), and the Panhellenic Federation of Property Owners (POMIDA).

Graduate of the School of Law and the School of Political Science and Public Law of the University of Athens.

Specialty: Property Law, Commercial Leases, Real Estate Taxation, International Protection of the right of residence.

Founder (1983) and President (constantly repeated since 1996) of the Panhellenic Federation of Property Owners (POMIDA).

President (2005) of the International Union of Property Owners - UIPI (founded in Paris in 1923), re-elected for a new four-year term in 2008, 2012, and 2016.

Member of the Commercial Leases Committee of the Ministry of Justice (1984-1991) and the Codification Committee of the Commercial Leases legislation (p.d. 34/1995).

Promoter of legislation to free commercial and residential leases from rent restrictions (1989-1994).

Member of the Committees on the Reform of the Real Property Taxation Legislation (1997, 2002) and the Secondary Committee for the Determination of Objective Values ​​of the Ministry of Finance.

Member of the National Anti-Tax Evasion Council of the Ministry of Economy (2007) and the Objective Values ​​Committee of the Ministry of Finance (2016).
