The new data that have emerged from the directives of the European Commission, the challenges that are deleted at the operational level, the elements and data of the Greek market, the solutions they can have in their offered product, and the presentations that will be made, compose the content of the first day. At the same time, there will be workshops that will help to better understand the Short-Term Rentals market.

The annual general assembly of the Short-Term Accommodation Managers Association (STAMA Greece), which will take place on the first day, will be the meeting point and rallying point for Greek property managers in a time of constant challenges.

Sunday 19 Feb

February 19

The day and content belong to the hosts and the community under the title "Community matters".

What are the challenges that hosts face and how can they improve their practices for better performance?

The discussion panels, presentations, and parallel workshops provide all the answers to the questions.

For property owners who are interested in the short-term rental industry and want to be informed, the day is a golden opportunity to gain knowledge, while also giving them the opportunity to search and select their property manager and delegate if they are short on time to get involved.
