I am a construction professional with experience in the building sector, renovations, and both private and public projects since 1995.

Coming from a family of builders, I expanded into property management in 2004. Since then, I have been part of a family business that operates three guesthouses with 30 apartments and rooms in Neos Marmaras, Halkidiki.

In 2014, I founded Poseidon Development, a construction company that also manages short-term rental apartments, long-term rental properties, and four student housing complexes with a total of 32 apartments. Overall, Poseidon Development oversees 48 apartments, most of which are company-owned.

I am a board member of Stama and the Head of Northern Greece. Additionally, I serve as a board member of the Professional Chamber of Thessaloniki.

About the participation

I am excited to participate in the ShortStay Conference, the official Stama event and the most significant conference on short-term rentals in Southeastern Europe.
