About the participation
It is a great pleasure to be able to contribute to the debate on the new safety standards for short-term rental properties as outlined in the Department of Tourism’s new draft legislation.
Through my years of experience as an electrical and safety engineer, I will have the opportunity to highlight the importance of complying with these requirements, focusing on the safety, functionality and cost implications for property owners.
I look forward to discussing the parameters of these changes with Mr Christakis and the attendees.
