Earlier in her career, Heather worked in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity at PepsiAmericas, where she developed strategies to ensure business resilience in the face of unexpected disruptions.

This background, combined with her expertise in insurance solutions, allows her to develop tailored risk management strategies that help property managers protect their businesses and operate with confidence.

In 2023, Heather relocated to Amsterdam to lead the expansion of innovative insurance solutions for the European vacation rental market.
