Craft started the microbrewery movement in Greece and it is widely recognized as the first microbrewery in the country.​ Since its inception in 1997, Craft developed innovative beers aiming to enhance the beer culture and the beer know-how in Greece.​

Craft is based on a different production philosophy that favors quality, innovation, and experimentation with raw materials and new recipes. It is guided by the passion and inspiration of its founder Paul Emmanuelides.​
