CEO & Co-Founder, Tasteat – Customer-centric by nature, I thrive on building relationships, gathering insights, and turning insights into growth. With a background in advertising and global business development, I spent over a decade in the maritime industry, building global strategies and driving innovation.
At MarineTraffic, I played a key role in developing a fleet management solution from the ground up, transforming an idea into a globally adopted business vertical. My career has taken me to major global conferences and expos, connecting with industry leaders, shaping discussions in terchnology, and always staying at the forefront of innovation.
I have also been an active member of the Propellers Club Piraeus and Navigator Forum Greece, strengthening my network in the maritime sector.
As someone who’s constantly on the move, staying in short-term rentals, exploring new destinations, I’ve felt firsthand the frustration of not having easy access to quality food and drinks—whether it’s a great breakfast, a proper meal, or just a cocktail after a long day.
That’s why Tasteat isn’t just another venture—it’s a personal mission.
We’re making it effortless for travelers to enjoy local flavors from the comfort of their stay, while helping property managers elevate their guest experience without the hassle.
Armed with an MBA, I believe that business is all about people—understanding their needs, solving real problems, and delivering value at scale.
Whether in maritime, hospitality, or beyond, my mission remains the same: turning bold ideas into tangible impact.
When I’m not in the office, I’m out on the water sailing or playing guitar, because some of the best ideas come from chasing the horizon and finding the right rhythm.
About the participation
Eager to take part in this discussion on how technology is shaping the guest experience, not just by streamlining processes, but by providing that extra something—the thoughtful touch that turns a stay into something memorable.
The best solutions come from shared ideas, open conversations, and a deep understanding of what travelers truly need. By bringing different perspectives to the table, we don’t just adapt to change—we drive it.
Through technology, insights, and collaboration, we have the power to enhance convenience, elevate experiences, and redefine what it means to feel at home while traveling. Looking forward to exchanging ideas and co-creating the future of guest hospitality—together.
